Odds are provider-supplied, informational and time-sensitive. Prices can change before kick-off. Score9ja does not fabricate missing odds and does not guarantee outcomes.
Browse supported leagues with available football odds, then open a competition and match to review listed bookmakers and markets.
The Score9ja football odds directory helps users move from a country or league to the available odds for a specific match. Odds are bookmaker prices—not results or promises. Coverage depends on the leagues, fixtures, bookmakers and markets in the current feed; missing data should not be treated as zero odds.
Choose the country and competition before comparing today’s football odds. Clubs with similar names can play in different systems, while senior, reserve, women’s and youth teams have separate fixtures. Confirm the league logo, country, competition and season. For standings, results and scheduled games without prices, use the football leagues directory.
Check both team names, the competition, date, kick-off time and fixture status. The same clubs can meet in league and cup fixtures, each with its own market. Use today’s football matches to verify the schedule. Once play begins, live football scores provides match status and events; pre-match prices are not an in-play update.
Two prices are comparable only when they use the same outcome and rules. Do not compare a full-time home win with a first-half home win, or over 2.5 match goals with over 2.5 home-team goals. Confirm the market, selection and settlement period—including whether a cup price covers 90 minutes or includes extra time—before calling one price better.
Not every bookmaker prices every fixture, and competitions do not receive equal market depth. A blank cell or absent market means the price is not currently supplied through the available feed; it does not mean 0.00 odds or an impossible outcome. Use only the prices and bookmaker names displayed.
Decimal odds show the potential total return, including the original stake:
Total return = stake × decimal odds
Potential profit = total return − stake
For example, ₦1,000 at 2.50 would return ₦2,500 if successful: ₦1,500 profit plus the original stake. This explains the price; it is not a stake recommendation. Lower odds generally indicate a bookmaker favourite, while higher odds offer a larger potential return for a less-favoured outcome.
Decimal odds can be translated into a raw implied probability:
Implied probability = (1 ÷ decimal odds) × 100
Odds of 2.00 imply 50%, while 2.50 implies 40%. In a 1X2 market, the home, draw and away percentages commonly total more than 100%; the excess is the overround, an expression of bookmaker margin. The prices must be normalised before being compared fairly with a prediction model.
The standard full-time result market uses three selections:
The shortest price identifies the bookmaker favourite, not a guaranteed winner. Close prices suggest a more balanced market. Always confirm whether it covers full time, first half or another period.
BTTS Yes requires each team to score; BTTS No wins when at least one does not. Over/under considers the combined total against a stated line. Over 2.5 needs at least three goals, while under 2.5 covers zero, one or two. A 3–0 result is over 2.5 and BTTS No, proving these markets are not equivalent. Likewise, over 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 are different selections.
Football betting odds can move as bookmakers respond to team news, expected lineups, player availability and market activity. A move confirms only that the price changed; it does not prove why or predict the result. Check the timestamp where available and verify the current price with the listed operator.
A bookmaker price shows the return offered for a selection, including margin; a prediction estimates outcome likelihood from available football data. Use football predictions for probability-led analysis and this page for market prices. The shortest odds do not automatically represent value, and a leading prediction does not automatically make a price attractive.
Before treating one price as the best available match odds, confirm:
This process prevents a visually higher number from being mistaken for a better price when it belongs to a different market. It also separates genuine football odds comparison from prediction claims, promotional language and unverified bookmaker listings.
